?Project Leader (Construction & Civil Infrastructure)

Are you an experienced construction professional who thrives in complex civil engineering environments? Do you combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Construction Execution & Preparation to join a major infrastructure project and take ownership of critical project scopes from preparation through execution.

What You'll Be Doing

? Lead project teams across major construction and civil engineering works

? Manage all aspects of your project scope including:

- Safety
- Planning
- Budget
- Quality
- Stakeholder management
- Information management

? Coordinate the transition from design phase to construction phase

? Manage interfaces between multiple project areas and contractors

? Monitor risks, deviations, inspections, and verification activities

? Ensure efficient project delivery while minimizing environmental and community impact

? Drive planning, procurement, execution, and successful project handover

What We're Looking For





✅ Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience

✅ Minimum 10 years of construction experience

✅ Strong experience in civil infrastructure projects

✅ Proven leadership experience managing project teams

✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills

✅ Solution-oriented and proactive mindset

✅ Valid VOL-VCA certification

✅ Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English and French
