About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient digital solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The adecuado candidate will bridge business and technology teams, define solution architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop business and technical solution architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into solution designs.
- Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including:
- Solution Context Diagrams
- C4 Architecture Models
- API Contracts
- Data Models
- Threat Models
- Deployment Diagrams
- Define integration patterns, API standards, and data flows to ensure scalable and maintainable system interactions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and cloud-native services.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to security best practices and OWASP guidelines.
- Lead technical decision-making and provide architectural governance throughout project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges.
- Guide development teams during implementation and deployment phases.




- Incorporate observability practices including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.
- Design resiliency patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and fault tolerance mechanisms.
- Support security architecture initiatives including identity management, encryption, secrets management, and threat modeling using frameworks such as STRIDE.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend innovations that create business value.

Required Skills & Experience

Architecture & Design

- Strong expertise in enterprise, solution, and software architecture design.
- Experience designing microservices-based and API-first architectures.
- Knowledge of architecture governance, documentation practices, and design reviews.
- Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise application landscapes.

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as:
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- OVH Cloud
- Ability to leverage native cloud services to optimize scalability and minimize custom development.

Development & DevSecOps

- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
- Azure DevOps
- GitLab
- Jenkins




- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

API & Data

- Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs
- GraphQL
- OpenAPI / AsyncAPI Specifications
- Data Modeling
- Database Management Systems

Security

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and standards including:
- ISO 27001
- OWASP
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Experience with threat modeling and secure solution design.

Networking & Observability

- Understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and operational resilience practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant Solution Architecture experience in enterprise environments.

Preferred Certifications

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Azure Associate Certifications
- Other architecture or cloud-related certifications
