About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Low-Code Platform Engineer to join our growing digital transformation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain business applications using leading Low-Code platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that streamline processes, improve user experience, and support enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using ServiceNow, Power Platform, or other Low-Code technologies.
- Configure and customize platform capabilities using out-of-the-box features, workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and automation tools.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Create application components, scripts, and workflows using platform-specific languages and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform-related issues.
- Support application testing activities, including unit testing, test data preparation, execution, and documentation.




- Perform platform maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

ServiceNow-Specific Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, Service Portals, and Workspaces.
- Configure ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Implement security controls, roles, access management, and audit logging.
- Build dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Power Platform-Specific Responsibilities

- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Design and manage Dataverse data models and security structures.
- Build custom connectors and reusable components.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management services.

Required Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, and modern web application concepts.
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.




- Familiarity with workflow automation and platform workflow designers.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management, version control, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments.

- ServiceNow Glide API.
