Job Title: Senior PMO & Performance Officer

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Minimum 2 days onsite per week)

Contract: 12 months+

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO & Performance Officer to support the transformation and operational development of a Technology Center.

You will be responsible for strengthening the PMO and governance framework, managing and consolidating project portfolios, monitoring performance and KPIs, supporting capacity planning, and preparing management reporting and decision-making materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and consolidate the Technology Center's project and initiative portfolio.
- Develop prioritization, governance and PMO frameworks.
- Define, consolidate and report KPIs and performance indicators.
- Develop management dashboards, reports and executive summaries.
- Support capacity planning and identify priority or resource conflicts.
- Structure governance forums, decision-making and escalation processes.
- Support organizational structuring, operating model improvements and cross-functional collaboration.




- Develop and improve PMO methodologies, processes, templates and standards.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Required Profile

- 6–8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a PMO environment.
- Strong experience in Enterprise/Transformation PMO, portfolio management and governance.
- Proven expertise in KPI management, reporting, capacity planning and stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and project documentation tools.
- Master's degree required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and integrate effectively into a team.
- Fluent in French and Dutch – mandatory.

Nice to have: Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, PMI or Agile/Scrum, Microsoft Project, and dashboard implementation/configuration.
