Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance practices across information systems and digital solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to quality control processes, testing activities, audits, and quality assessments while ensuring compliance with established standards and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and improve quality assurance plans, procedures, and controls.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct quality audits, process reviews, and quality assessments for information systems.
- Define, coordinate, and monitor testing activities, including test strategies, test plans, and test execution.
- Report testing results, quality metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
- Coordinate and support test campaigns across projects.
- Analyze defect trends and quality metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality risk registers and collaborate with project teams on mitigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001 and CMMI.





Required Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and Jira.
- Understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices within information systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Knowledge of relational databases and test data management.
- Understanding of risk-based testing approaches.
- Knowledge of performance and load testing concepts and tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Certifications

Mandatory:

- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (or equivalent)

Preferred:

- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
- ITIL Foundation 4
