Job Title: Scrum Master intermediate

Location: Melle, Belgium (Regular travel to other branches is possible for both individuals in consultation with the client)

Duration: 12 months+ contract

Job Description

- As a Scrum Master, you are the person who leads teams to ensure smooth Scrum operations.
- You support team self-management by utilizing Agile principles and have a positive influence on mutual trust.
- You provide constructive feedback with the goal of enabling teams to better respond to customer demand.

To this end, you undertake the following core tasks, among others:

- Organizing, facilitating, and coaching Scrum events, both within a team and across Scrum teams.
- Supporting the Product Owner in fulfilling all aspects of the role (including backlog management and prioritization based on value creation).
- Ensuring that the business is part of the team and acting as a bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring transparent reporting on operations and progress.
- Fostering a positive team climate and putting the Scrum values into practice: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
- Coaching the team and removing obstacles that may hinder the achievement of objectives.
- Ensuring that the team's productivity continues to grow through continuous improvement.
- Actively guiding and supporting junior Scrum Masters through coaching, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of best practices.
- Supporting the setup of new Scrum teams using Flip Forward events.

- Demonstrable experience in Agile working and SCRUM as a Scrum Master - 3 Years - Mid-level - Must have
- Demonstrable experience in mentoring Junior Scrum Masters - Must have
- Demonstrable experience coaching mixed teams (Bus+IT) - Must have
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating and guiding teams (group dynamics) -Must have
- Demonstrable experience in Large Scale SCRUM ("Multi-team scrum") - Must have
- Demonstrable experience with Agile tools - Must have
- The candidate can sufficiently demonstrate during a potential interview that he/she is capable of Systematically coaching (organizationally) - Must have
- The candidate completes the additional questionnaire and attaches it to the proposal - Must have
- Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating online workshops (preferably using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Teams) - Should have
- Demonstrable experience supporting the Product Owner - Should have
