Amaris Consulting is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Engineering team in Belgium. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, from the preparation phase through to successful execution on site.

? Your responsibilities

- Prepare and organise construction sites while considering technical constraints, deadlines, budgets and safety requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and various stakeholders.
- Supervise the daily progress of work and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Develop and monitor execution schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations and applicable legislation.
- Monitor project costs and budgets and ensure financial targets are respected.
- Identify potential deviations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage contractual aspects related to projects and construction activities.
- Participate in site meetings and provide regular reporting on project progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

? Your profile

- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Site Supervisor, Construction Manager or Site Manager.
- You have a strong knowledge of the construction industry.
- You have experience in financial and contractual project management.
- You have a good understanding of public procurement and public contracts.
- You are able to independently manage budgets, deadlines and resources.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.




- You are comfortable using planning tools such as MS Project.
- You hold a Master's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- You hold a valid driving licence and are mobile within the Walloon region.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
