Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Eurofins’ expansive field network across Europe, shaping the field services strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery.

You’ll drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while aligning cross-country operations with regulatory expectations.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance of a large field and lab network, enabling innovation and performance across markets.

You will report to the Head of Agroscience Services Europe and shape the organization’s European field footprint.

Responsabilidades
• MSc in Agriculture
• u003e10 years of experience leading teams and managing full Pu0026L
• commercial skills and customer experience in agricultural services
• fluent English (spoken and written)
• intercultural competence and international network experience
• transparent, inclusive leadership style with strong interpersonal skills
• ability to navigate complex environments and challenge the status quo
• willingness to travel 40-60% (2-3 days/week)
• experience in the seed business is advantageous
• based near one of the sites
