Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and deliver production-grade AI systems on cloud platforms, driving scalable, low-latency agentic workloads.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, observable AI pipelines and customer experiences.

Your work will focus on building and optimizing multi-agent and GenAI solutions, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

This is a hands-on role at scale, where you influence architectural decisions and contribute to the broader AI community.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability for agentic systems
• Own delivery of Customer User Journeys (CUJs) ensuring production-ready conversational flows
• Architect and optimize complex agentic workloads focusing on reasoning loops, tool selection, and latency
• Implement critical infrastructure: rate limiting, error handling,



and regional failover; develop monitoring and alerts during Go-Live windows
• Lead product feedback loops from deployment experiences and contribute to whitepapers, hackathons, and technical blogs

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of software development experience using Python or similar languages
• Experience deploying AI-driven solutions from concept to launch on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP)
• Experience developing AI/GenAI solutions and designing multi-agent workflows or RAG systems
• Experience developing and deploying multilingual NLP models
