Role overview

At CARRER,



we are looking for a Head of Operations to manage the operational backbone of our three channels (ecommerce, wholesale and pop-ups) while building the analytical layer that informs our commercial decisions. This role sits at the intersection of process, data and buying strategy. You will work directly with the CEO and lead one intern responsible for day-to-day execution and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Ecommerce operations: Shopify management, launch coordination, 3PL relationship and outbound logistics

- Wholesale operations: line sheets, order forms and lookbooks;
