In this role, you drive the Learn u0026amp; Grow training program and shape learning across an international organization. You’ll manage the SAP SuccessFactors LMS, design engaging sessions, and facilitate workshops and large online events. You’ll work on leadership, team development, and culture initiatives to enhance employee experience. You collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate insights from surveys into actionable improvements. This position offers autonomy, creative freedom, and meaningful impact on organizational development.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage the internal Learn u0026 Grow training program from conception to administration
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors LMS and design/e-learning modules
• Facilitate workshops and retrospectives in English when required
• Coordinate large-scale online events (MS Teams/Zoom) for up to 1,200 employees
• Contribute to leadership development initiatives
• Design and deliver team-building activities and cultural development projects
• Execute and analyze employee surveys (Engagement, Pulse)



and translate results into insights
• Support data collection and analysis with digital survey tools
• Collaborate on organizational change and positive employee experience initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Hands-on, proactive and autonomous approach

• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills

• Strong facilitation, training design and communication skills
• Experience designing/facilitating workshops, team-building, and cultural development
• Experience in organizational xqbhyrx development, cultural development or change management
• Familiarity with AI tools and new technologies to improve HR/learning processes
• Experience with digital tools: Qualtrics, Mentimeter, Microsoft Forms
• Experience working remotely and in international environments
• Fluent English; German knowledge appreciated
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of psychometric tools (e.g., Insights Discovery, BIP, StrengthsFinder) preferred
• Bachelor or higher in related field is a plus
