As a Senior Platform Engineer at Embat, you will transform our platform into an internal product with self-serve capabilities for engineering squads. You will own provisioning, delivery, reliability, security, and connectivity end-to-end, driving critical migrations and GitOps initiatives. Your work will elevate observability, cost discipline, and resilience across a high-volume financial infrastructure. This role offers high ownership, technical leadership, and a direct impact on Embat’s scalability and reliability.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own infrastructure provisioning on GCP end-to-end, including the embat-infrastructure Terraform codebase
• Lead the GKE migration and define environment strategy beyond STG/PRO, addressing dev environments pain points
• Drive the GitHub migration and roll out GitOps with ArgoCD to streamline releases
• Define SLOs and bake observability into deployment templates from the start
• Own endpoint management and DNS/web filtering, replacing FleetDM
• Keep ISMS up to date and conduct pentesting and phishing cycles
• Automate domains, certificates and DNS across Embat and partner systems




• Own Render/GKE/SaaS spend and justify infrastructure investments
• Build self-service tooling for product squads to reduce platform bottlenecks
• Foster a culture of ownership, reduce single points of failure, and mentor across engineering
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
• Strong Terraform and IaC skills
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience, especially GKE
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD
• Knowledge of security and compliance practices (ISMS, pentesting)
• Experience with DNS, certificates, and endpoint xqbhyrx management
• Ability to manage cloud spend and justify infrastructure investments
• Ability to build self-service tooling for developers
• Strong collaboration and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
