In this role you enable complex, multi-billion datacenter build programs by leading procurement and contracting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier work with project goals and Microsoft’s standards. You will manage contracts, performance oversight, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role sits within CO+I’s Contracts Management to drive efficiency, risk management, and value across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is a high-impact chance to shape how we scale mission-critical infrastructure.

• Develop and implement procurement plans to meet project goals on schedule and budget
• Lead/participate in contracting negotiations to meet business goals
• Participate in supplier selection and performance management
• Monitor supplier performance against contract requirements and drive corrective actions
• Manage contract administration, notices, changes, claims and related matters
• Engage in strategic thinking to identify growth and cost-reduction opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement through process simplification and data analytics

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain, xqbhyrx Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field
• Deep Construction Execution Experience in Supply Chain and Contracts Management
• Experience delivering large-scale mission-critical construction projects (u003e USD 100M)
• Experience leading procurement planning, RFP bidding, analysis and contract award
• Experience coordinating commercial/contractual teams on major European construction projects
