Spanish fluency is required for this role.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️6+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.Previous experience as a Tech Lead, AI Lead, AI Architect, or similar leadership position.Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)



and Large Language Models (LLMs).Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure-based cloud solutions.Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure Key Vault.Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions in cloud environments.Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI best practices.Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentoring technical professionals.Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
