If you are customer-oriented, organized, and would like to be part of a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company, we want to hear from you!As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries, ensuring efficient service throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth handling of daily operations.What you'll do:- Key person in International Customer Service department.- Monitor orders throughout the entire process, from receipt to final delivery and manage the communications with customers .- Prepare all documentation for international transport and customs,



respond to enquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.- Ownership of Invoicing and collections process.- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.- Prepare and manage commercial and administrative documentation.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company's systems.- Prepare affiliates weekly sales reports.- Manage Affiliates Monthly closing, including invoicing and inventories reconciliation.- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.What we're looking for:- Education or training in Business Administration, Commerce, Customer Service, or a related field.- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.- A good level of Italian and/or German would be an advantage.- Previous experience in Customer Service, order management, administration, or a similar position will be valued.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with different departments.What we offer:- Permanent contract.- Adaptable working hours and remote working on Fridays.- Health insurance.- A positive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.- The opportunity to grow professionally within a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company. xqysrnhIf you are a customer-focused professional with strong organizational skills and would like to contribute to a company committed to improving women's health, we look forward to receiving your application!
