Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical SpecialistWe are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Specialist to manage and support the platform, troubleshoot operational issues and improve existing reports, integrations and processes.Aumente sus posibilidades de llegar a la fase de entrevista leyendo la descripción completa del puesto y enviando su solicitud sin demora.Key Technical Requirements:- Hands-on knowledge of SFMC architecture, data models and core studios (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Web and Mobile Studio)- Ability to build, automate and maintain automations, data integrations and cross-channel journeys (email, SMS, push)- Working knowledge of platform maintenance, releases and performance/consumption optimization- Experience reviewing platform consumption reports, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions- Good understanding of security best practices and permission management.- Experience in incident troubleshooting,



root-cause analysis and resolution within SFMC- Experience managing contacts in SFMC (bulk contact deletion, subscription/unsubscription processes)- Comfortable with edge cases such as org-level suppression list configuration, triggered send failures, automation failures and AMPscript errors- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to functional users- Working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript and/or Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS); basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design- Experience troubleshooting xqziphu email and SMS delivery issues- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Administrator certification (or equivalent) certifications are preferredResponsibilities include platform maintenance and monitoring and small-scale optimizations, consumption reports, data and contact management, bulk contact deletion, audits/compliance, user access control, incident resolution, troubleshooting, decommission of unused components, and bug fixing for existing SFMC solutions.Languages: Spanish & English
