As Marketing Manager Iberia, you will shape TAG Heuer's brand plan for Spain, aligning local initiatives with the general strategy. You lead budget planning, trade marketing, and retail activation to grow market share and strengthen brand equity. You collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Brand teams to deliver impactful campaigns and store experiences. This role offers exposure to a luxury, performance-driven environment within LVMH, with opportunities to influence the Spanish market and brand image.

• Lead the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan in Spain in line with global strategy
• Manage budget allocations, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimize investments
• Oversee Trade Marketing initiatives and the corners plan, including CapEx and supplier management
• Drive marketing strategy for Factory Outlets (Madrid refurbishment and Barcelona opening branding) and related incentive programs




• Measure profitability and impact across campaigns and retail investments with data-driven reporting
• Develop and mentor the Marketing Coordinator to foster cross-functional collaboration
