A training company in Palma is looking for an enthusiastic Theatre Workshop Teacher to lead engaging classes on the island of Mallorca. In this role, you will guide participants through the world of acting, helping them discover their stage presence, build confidence, and develop both theoretical and practical theatrical techniques.Your main responsibilities will include:Planning and leading dynamic, interactive, and participatory theatre sessions.Teaching core theoretical concepts and hands‑on stage techniques to students.Monitoring individual and group progress, offering supportive feedback and structured follow‑up.Creating an inclusive,



motivating learning environment that encourages artistic expression.What you bring to the role:An intermediate vocational training degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà / Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio).At least 6 months of proven experience in theatre teaching and stage education.Strong language proficiency in both Catalan (level B2) and Spanish (level B2).Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire groups in an afternoon workshop setting.What is offered:A fixed‑discontinuous contract (contrato fijo discontinuo) with an approximate duration of 9 months.A part‑time schedule of 5 hours per week during afternoon hours.Working hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 18:30, and Wednesdays from 16:00 to 18:00.A gross salary of 18 € per hour.Workplace located directly in Palma, Mallorca.
