In this role, you will be responsible for supporting quality and manufacturing operations on a plant-wide basis across all assigned raw materials, processes, and product lines.You will play a vital role in maintaining high operational standards by ensuring strict compliance with internal specifications, quality standards, and established good manufacturing practices. Your day-to-day work will involve monitoring production quality, identifying issues, and maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing workflows.Key responsibilitiesEnsuring adherence to in-house specifications, standards,



and good manufacturing practices across production linesIdentifying and managing the rejection of nonconforming lots to prevent defective products from moving forwardConducting thorough defect and root cause analyses to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrencePerforming first article inspections to verify that new or modified parts meet all requirementsMaintaining oversight of the facility's Calibration System to ensure measurement accuracyInteracting and collaborating with vendors to help reduce variability in incoming materialsPartnering closely with manufacturing operations to support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiativesThis position offers a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a robust manufacturing environment.
