A private sector industrial enterprise in Palma is currently looking for a motivated Junior Electrical Maintenance Technician (Oficial 3ª) to join their technical service team. In this full‑time position based in Palma, you will support senior technicians in servicing, maintaining, and repairing electrical switchboards and control systems for elevators.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Assisting a lead technician (oficial 1ª) with the scheduled maintenance and inspection of elevator electrical switchboards and control panels.
Supporting diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical faults in elevator equipment.
Ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and standard operational procedures during all on‑site interventions in Palma.
Handling tools, replacement components, and electrical testing equipment under senior guidance.
To be considered for this position,



you should bring a solid practical foundation and a proactive attitude towards technical field work. The mandatory requirements are:
A minimum of 6 months of proven practical experience in electrical work or technical installations.
A valid category B driving license (carnet de conducir B), essential for job‑related mobility.
Motivation to learn and collaborate closely with experienced technical specialists.
Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety‑first mindset when dealing with electrical circuits.
This position provides stable employment conditions within the metal industry sector in Mallorca. You will receive a permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, working full‑time from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. Compensation is established according to the official metal sector collective agreement (Convenio del metal).
