It offers on-demand services from local restaurants, grocers, supermarkets, and retail stores across more than 1,500 cities in 23 countries.Задачи:Own and define the global courier fraud strategy across all Glovo markets, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement;Address key courier-related challenges at local, regional, and integral levels;Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams;Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions;Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities;Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution;Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact;Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data-informed solutions that improve courier satisfaction and operational excellence.Требования:Degree in Engineering,
