At CORUS, we are looking for a Fabric Platform Administrator to join our team on an international insurance project.
Location: Remote from Spain.
We're looking for a Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Administrator to keep our analytics platform healthy, secure, and easy to use and to be a reliable first point of contact for the teams that depend on it.
This is an administration and platform support role at its core. Your strongest skills should be in Fabric and Power BI tenant administration; you should also be comfortable working with the Azure services that surround the platform, and willing to grow into automation and infrastructure-as-code with the support of our cloud engineering team. We don't expect a cloud engineer, a Terraform specialist, and a Fabric admin in one person we expect a strong admin who collaborates well with those specialists.
You will:
Own day-to-day administration of the Fabric tenant and Power BI service: tenant settings, workspace governance, sensitivity labels, and endorsement policies.
Act as first point of contact for Fabric and Power BI support: triage issues, resolve service requests, and elevate to Microsoft support when needed.
Manage Fabric capacities (F SKUs): monitor utilisation, advise on right-sizing, and configure autoscale and pause/resume policies.
Administer Power BI workspaces, deployment pipelines, dataflows, and gateway infrastructure
Maintain tenant-level security together with the security team: Entra ID integration, service principals, row-level security governance, and audit log reviews.
Maintain platform standards: workspace naming conventions, deployment pipeline templates, and data refresh policies.
Help users adopt the platform correctly: workspace setup,
access requests, gateway configuration, refresh issues, and licensing questions.
Track licence allocation (Free, Pro, PPU) and capacity spend, and produce regular cost reports
Keep runbooks and support documentation up to date.
You should have:
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI at tenant level: admin portal, tenant settings, capacity management, and activity log analysis.
Good understanding of Fabric architecture (OneLake, workspaces, capacity types) and Power BI governance (workspace access, deployment pipelines, gateways).
Understanding of Fabric and Power BI licensing models (F SKUs, PPU, Pro) and their practical implications.
Scripting ability with PowerShell or Python for admin automation, including experience with APIs.
Working knowledge of the Azure services around the platform: Entra ID (service principals, app registrations), RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
A service mindset: patience with users, clear communication, and follow-through on tickets.
What do we offer:
Versátil remuneration and a personalized training plan.
People-focused team.
Dynamic work environment, with real possibilities for professional growth.
International projects of high technological value.
At CORUS we are very conscious of the importance of respecting diversity. No one will be excluded from this call for applications on the grounds of race, colour, age, sex, marital status, ideology, political opinions, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and/or any other personal, physical or social condition. This process is aimed at choosing the best professionals through a selection process based exclusively on merit and skills.
