A private education and training institution in Palma is currently looking for a dedicated Theatre Teacher to lead engaging drama sessions. This position offers you the chance to work directly with students in an inspiring learning environment, guiding them through both theoretical concepts and practical acting techniques right here in the heart of the island.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Planning, structuring, and delivering weekly theatre sessions.
Teaching foundational theoretical concepts as well as practical acting and stage skills.
Monitoring individual student progress and providing supportive feedback throughout the course.
Managing the group dynamic and ensuring a safe, creative learning space for all participants.
To be successful in this position,



you should bring strong knowledge of theatre arts and the pedagogical ability to convey both theory and practice effectively. You are an organized, motivating communicator who enjoys working closely with students and can manage classroom dynamics while keeping participants inspired and engaged.
This role is offered under a temporary contract with a part-time schedule of 5 hours per week, scheduled between 16:00 and 18:00 on designated weekdays. Remuneration will be determined directly with the employer in accordance with the statutory collective bargaining agreement for non-formal education and training (convenio de enseñanza y formación no reglada).
