With versatile indoor and outdoor venues accommodating up to 2,000 guests, the location hosts high-profile presentations, conferences, galas, and corporate events. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conference and Event Manager in full-time to take on key responsibilities in strategic event coordination and commercial development in Mallorca.Your core tasks include:Conceptualizing, planning, and executing diverse event formats, ranging from conferences and roadshows to galas, workshops, and international trade fairsManaging event budgets with a consistent focus on cost control, profitability, and measurable ROICoordinating all logistics, including venue setup, technical equipment, catering, staffing, and external service providersDriving active sales, acquisition, and contract negotiations with clients across the automotive, luxury, tourism, and lifestyle sectorsDeveloping efficient department structures, introducing modern event software, and collaborating closely with marketing, PR,
