DescriptionThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring shipments, orders, documentation, and operational activities are managed accurately and on time. The role works closely with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation processes and timely resolution of operational issues.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities.Track shipments and follow up on delivery or pickup status.Coordinate with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.Manage and update shipment, order, and logistics information in internal systems.Review and maintain accurate transportation and operational documentation.Follow up on pending information, appointments, shipments, and operational issues.Identify and elevate delays, discrepancies, or other logistics-related issues.Support scheduling, dispatching, shipment coordination,



and other operational activities as needed.Maintain accurate and timely system updates and records.Provide timely and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.Support process improvements and ensure compliance with established procedures.Requirements1+ year of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or a related field.Knowledge of general logistics and transportation operations.Experience with logistics systems, TMS, or transportation platforms is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.English level: B2–C1.
