Are you an experienced professional in labor advisory seeking a stable full-time position in Mallorca? A consultancy and advisory firm (Gestoría/Asesoría) located in Palma is currently looking for a qualified labor specialist to join their labor department on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Your primary tasks and duties will include:
End-to-end management of payroll processes and social security procedures.
Handling registrations, cancellations, and modifications in special regimes such as RETA.
Managing pension processing, tax filings related to labor matters, and administrative reporting.
Providing legal representation and regulatory labor advice to client businesses.
Processing formal submissions and communications with public administrations.
Requirements
A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree) in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or a related field.




A mandatory minimum of 12 months of recent practical experience in labor department operations.
Having extended experience of up to 36 months in a similar advisory or consultancy role will be positively valued.
Contract & Working Hours
The firm offers a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of 28,000 euros, distributed across 12 monthly payments with prorated bonuses included. The position is full-time based on-site in Palma.
During the winter period, the working hours are scheduled as follows:
Mondays and Wednesdays (or two days per week) from 8:00 to 16:00.
Tuesdays and Thursdays (or two days per week) from 8:00 to 17:30.
Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.
