The RoleAs our Sales & Strategy Operations Manager, you will own and scale the commercial operating system for Fever for Business. You will drive sales planning, forecasting, performance management, process optimization, and strategic initiatives that improve commercial productivity and accelerate revenue growth.As a key partner to commercial leadership, you will enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across Sales, Business Development, and Channel & Alliances.What You'll DoOwn the commercial operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, KPI tracking, and executive reportingDrive forecasting accuracy and provide visibility into pipeline health, commercial performance, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop scalable frameworks for territory planning, account segmentation, capacity planning, and resource allocationDesign and optimize commercial processes, operating models, and CRM best practices to improve efficiency and scalabilityLead strategic analyses and develop recommendations to improve sales productivity, revenue performance, and operational effectivenessPartner with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives and business planningEvaluate and implement automation, AI, and technology solutions that enhance commercial executionManage and mentor the Sales Strategy & Operations team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven cultureWho You Are5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical rolesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline; MBA is a plusStrong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, and performance analyticsProven experience improving commercial processes in a high-growth technology company, SaaS business, marketplace, consulting firm,
