We’re hiring because our ambitions are increasing: more customers, more AI automation, and a relentless focus on delivering value at scale
At haddock, a PM is an uncertainty resolver who bridges the gap between complex AI technology and real-world restaurant needs. As we scale, we are looking for someone who has already lived the operational challenges, metrics, and business dynamics of a B2B SaaS. We need a creative PM with exceptional judgment to lead large initiatives independently and maintain a direct pulse on our customers
At haddock, we don’t believe in “feature factories.” As a PM here, you are the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for your area
You won’t be writing specs: Our Product Engineers own the technical specs and execution. You will focus on the “Why” and the “What.” You’ll talk to customers, look at the data, and collaborate with engineers to decide what not to build
Prototyping is your superpower: We favor action. You’ll spend a significant part of your time prototyping and validating ideas (think Peter Yang: idea in the morning, prototype at noon, customer validation by lunch)
AI-native mindset: You don’t just “add AI” to a feature; you rethink user flows assuming AI is the core engine. You are the brain that shapes the AI’s output with criteria and context
Customer Proximity: Many of our restaurants are based right here in Barcelona. You’ll be just a step away from the people using what you build
Shape the Team: We are currently a small, focused team (Ingrid, Gemma and Andrea). You will have the unique opportunity to help shape the Product organization at haddock from the ground up
Radical Simplicity: We favor a single way of doing things to avoid over-engineering. We prioritize simple solutions and proven patterns over unnecessary complexity
High Ownership: We work as DRIs. While engineers own the stability and execution,
you own the discovery and the ultimate success of the initiative
Agile Execution: We apply a Lean model (prototype, launch, learn). A 3-day prototype in Figma, Magicpath, or NoCode tools delivers more value to us than a 3-week spec
Strategy & Vision: Align product discovery with business goals, making data-driven and user-centered decisions
Fast Iteration: Prioritize solutions into small, actionable releases. You will ideate, prototype, launch, and repeat until the problem is solved
Direct Customer Feedback: Join customer meetings and dive into their workflows to ensure we are moving the needle
AI Orchestration: Define how our AI agents interact with our systems, starting small and scaling based on real-world observation
Full Ownership: Responsible for the entire lifecycle of an initiative—from the first “Why” to monitoring its adoption and impact
Lead the Bar: Demand excellence in the user experience. You will ensure we ship fast without compromising the core value of the product
Benefits
Adaptable working hours
If you’re excited by full ownership and building an AI-native product before we fully evolve from startup to scale-up, this is the right moment to join
Great Judgment: The ability to discard most ideas and choose only what aligns strictly with company objectives
Customer Love: A genuine passion for understanding what users actually need (and why they need it)
Problem-solving: A mix of analytical/data skills and design/UX intuition. You care about the “How it looks” as much as the “How it performs.”
Proactivity: We expect bottom-up action. Don’t wait for a roadmap; if the product needs a change to provide value, make it happen
Hunger & Curiosity: A natural drive to learn and experiment with cutting-edge AI models and tools. You are an early adopter by nature
3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS: You know what it takes to drive adoption, retain business customers, and build intuitive workflows for complex B2B systems
