Selling tickets for the sightseeing tour bus and associated combo packages
Providing visitors and tourists with detailed information regarding bus routes, schedules, and points of interest
Answering customer questions and delivering high-quality, friendly on-site assistance
Handling sales transactions accurately and managing daily ticket desks or promotional points




The key requirements are:
Essential proficiency in English and German to communicate easily with tourists
Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or tourism is valued and considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused attitude
The position offers a stable framework with clear conditions:
Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
Full-time schedule with structured daytime shifts (9:00 to 17:00 or 9:30 to 17:30)
