If you already reside on Mallorca, love connecting with people, and enjoy building a sustainable local network, this position offers an idóneo environment for your sales drive.Your day-to-day work centers on discovering new listings, approaching owners, and establishing valuable partnerships:Active and independent acquisition of properties for sale across the islandSystematic and personal outreach to property owners via phone and face-to-face meetingsBuilding and maintaining an extensive personal network of contacts on MallorcaConnecting with local business partners, tipsters, and service providers to sign cooperation agreementsConducting on-site appointments with property owners and potential partnersObserving market developments to continuously identify new acquisition opportunitiesWhat you bring to the team:Practical experience in real estate sales, ideally as a real estate agent, listing agent,
