Senior HR AdvisorInternational Fashion Brand / HR Operations / Barcelona -A general Japanese fashion brand is currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join its EMEA HR team in Barcelona.The Senior HR Advisor will act as the local HR subject matter expert, supporting employee relations, HR administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local employment legislation. The role will serve as a key link between employees, managers, external partners, and regional HR teams.The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, and the ability to support a fast-paced international environment.(Ref: LS47614-2 - Please include this when making any enquiries.)Main ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on Spanish employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance mattersSupport employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace mattersManage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboardingManage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiriesAdminister employee benefit programmes and coordinate with benefit providers and brokersEnsure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reportingSupport HR audits, regulatory reviews,
