Your Responsibilities
MIS Data Pack Preparation & Validation
Analyse customer maintenance data packages prior to system loadingReview aircraft records and maintenance documentation for completeness and consistencyValidate maintenance program data, task cards, component information and aircraft configuration recordsIdentify and resolve data discrepancies before system integrationSupport data cleansing and data quality improvement activities
Data Loading Activities
Prepare and upload maintenance and engineering data into CAMO information systemsSupport migration of historical aircraft maintenance recordsEnsure accurate creation and update of:Aircraft recordsMaintenance tasksComponent dataSerialised parts informationMaintenance planning dataAirworthiness directives and service bulletinsVerify successful data integration and perform post-loading validation checks
CAMO Information System Support
Support users during data migration and implementation activitiesAssist in troubleshooting data-related issuesCreate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and loading statusContribute to process improvement initiatives for CAMO data managementSupport digitalisation and continuous improvement projects
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with customer procedures and regulatory requirementsMaintain traceability and integrity of aircraft maintenance recordsSupport audits and quality reviews related to maintenance data managementPrepare KPI reports and progress status reports
Who You Are
Experience in aerospace maintenance, engineering data management or CAMO activitiesUnderstanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and recordsFamiliarity with aircraft maintenance planning conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyGood communication and teamwork skills
Required Skills
Junior Profile
Degree or technical qualification in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent0-3 years of experience in aerospace engineering, maintenance or data managementGood knowledge of Microsoft ExcelEnglish fluent (written and spoken)
Senior Profile
5+ years of experience in CAMO, maintenance planning, aircraft records or MIS data managementExperience with maintenance information systems such as:AMOSAMASISENVISIONSAPAD Softwareother CAMO/MRO platformsExperience with aircraft data migration projects is highly desirableStrong data analysis and quality assurance capabilitiesEnglish fluent (written and spoken)
Preferred Assets
Knowledge of EASA Part-M, CAMO and Part-145 environmentsExperience with Aerospace client aircraft programmesAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Experience with data migration, digital transformation or system implementation projects
