In this role,



you will lead process development and design activities to create commercial versions of the products.Required backgroundBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or compatible technical fieldAt least +2 years experience in mechanical product development and designStrong understanding of mechanical engineering and machine design principlesFluent English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plusTechnical skillsProficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.Experience translating product requirements into mechanical specifications.Experience validating and testing prototypes against technical requirementsAbility to generate clear technical documentation in a product development environmentFamiliarity with R&D; processes in engineering or related fieldsPreferred skillsExperience in medical technology, photonics, or other regulated/high-tech environmentsKnowledge of automation process design and controlBasic understanding of electronics and opticsBasic programming skills in C/C++ or hardware platforms such as Arduino or ATMELBasic scripting skills in Python or MATLAB
