Sell and promote EF English Live online English courses.
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential new customers; zero cold calls.
Upgrade and renew current customers.
Qualify leads and turn them into business opportunities.
Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPIs and sales targets.
Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
Perform database and record-keeping activities.
Contribute to revenue growth and increasing the number of students joining the online school.
Requirements
The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
An advanced/native level of German. Any other language (Polish, Dutch would be a plus).
1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
