Candidates should be able to demonstrate substantial experience in reviewing negotiating and drafting a broad range of contracts and documents for sales, channel, vendor, licensing and other commercial business contexts,
as well as a comprehensive awareness of potential issues and solutions in a fast paced environmentCandidates should be enthusiastic about technology and comfortable in a sales driven environment supporting transactions focused in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, but may also involve support of other regions. Experience as an attorney in both law firm and in house roles preferredMaintaining a controlled and versátil approach under pressureExcellent communication and organization skillsCommercially astute and desire to stay current on key legal, regulatory and business developmentsNegotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and technology partnersFluent in English; additional fluency in French and/or German is helpfulCooperating effectively as part of a team, sharing information and responsibilityUnderstanding of tender and procurement processes and channel-led transactionsExperience in data privacy and technology lawsProblem solving in quickly moving situationsUnderstanding of revenue recognition principlesProviding responsive, professional service that effectively helps internal clients to resolve issuesQualified lawyer within an EU jurisdictionDrafting documents using a commercial, client focused style
