For our studio located in Palma de Mallorca, we are currently looking for motivated German-speaking telephone interviewers. Whether you already have experience in market research or are completely new to this field, we warmly welcome career changers of all age groups.
In this role, you will conduct structured telephone interviews on behalf of business clients. You will work on-site in our Palma office, engaging in professional dialogues with companies and gathering valuable insights across diverse topics.
Your main responsibilities:
Conducting professional telephone surveys regarding customer satisfaction, brand perception, and various market research topics with corporate contacts
Accurately recording and documenting participant responses and survey results in the computer system
Communicating in a polite, engaging, and confident manner during every phone call
Maintaining high standards of reliability and data quality throughout the survey process
What you bring with you:




Fluent or native-level proficiency in the German language
Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and a natural enjoyment of speaking on the phone with a positive tone
Solid general computer skills and comfort using standard PC applications
A dependable, precise, and quality-oriented way of working
Genuine interest in a stable, long-term employment relationship
Previous professional experience is not required, as you will receive individualized preparation

Predictable part-time working hours from Monday to Friday, typically arranged between 09:00 and 15:00 depending on project volume
Attractive compensation examples: approximately 800 EUR gross per month for 4 hours daily, or 1,200 EUR gross per month for 6 hours daily
