As Senior Product Manager, you own the Openbank app experience for Individuals, guiding a cross-functional squad from discovery to shipped product and measurable outcomes. You drive the strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and define success metrics across activation, engagement, and satisfaction. You partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to simplify journeys and deliver high-impact features. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, regulated digital environment.

• Own the vision, roadmap and prioritisation of the Openbank app experience.
• Lead one cross-functional squad, aligning Engineering, Design, Data and business partners around clear customer and business outcomes.
• Define and own product metrics across activation, engagement, conversion, retention, self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous discovery using product data, customer feedback, UX research and experimentation.
• Identify high-impact customer problems and simplify complex journeys across the app.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear hypotheses, MVPs, product requirements and success criteria.
• Prioritise based on customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, regulation and technical feasibility.




• Work closely with other product managers to create a consistent and connected app experience across journeys.
• Monitor performance after launch and use evidence to improve, iterate or change direction.

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in product management, owning mobile-first consumer products from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Experience leading a cross-functional squad in a complex, product-led organisation.
• Strong product sense and UX excellence: simplifying complexity and intuitive customer journeys.
• Zero-to-one, major feature or product-rebuild experience: taking ambiguous problems to shipped product with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in banking, fintech, financial services or another regulated digital environment (preferred).
• Fluent in English (required); Spanish (preferred).
• Data-informed mindset; comfortable with funnels, instrumentation, experimentation and KPI ownership.
• Strong discovery and prioritisation skills using customer evidence, product data and business impact.
