We are looking for a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team at our Barcelona HQ.Adventure Sports Group brings together four leading outdoor and action sports brands — Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak — spanning mountain biking, motocross, cycling and snow sports. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, multi-brand environment and contribute to exciting regional and global marketing projects.The main tasks of the position are:The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with the Marketing team and Brand Leads to develop compelling visual content across digital, social and print platforms while ensuring each brand's distinct visual identity is respected.Digital Design & Content CreationDesign and produce digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners and newslettersDevelop visual content across Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBakSupport creative content for seasonal product launches and go-to-market campaignsMarketing Collateral & Print DesignCreate and layout marketing collateral such as flyers, event signage,



presentations and printed materialsPrepare and finalize artwork for print and digital productionEnsure high quality and accuracy across final creative assetsBrand Identity & Creative ConsistencySupport the development and consistency of each brand's individual visual identity across digital and physical platformsAdapt creative work across different brand identities while maintaining their specific visual standardsWork closely with Brand Leads to ensure consistency across all materialsImage Editing & Asset ManagementEdit and retouch images for product and lifestyle useMaintain and organize the shared digital asset libraryEnsure assets are correctly tagged and filed by brand for efficient access and consistencyEvents & Brand ActivationsContribute to the visual execution of brand activations, trade shows and cycling, moto, snow and outdoor eventsEnsure event materials are aligned with global branding and enhance the on-site experiencePosition requirements:Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related fieldStrong portfolio showcasing diverse design projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PremiereUnderstanding of design principles, layout and typographyHigh level of English, written and spoken xsgfvud Competences:Creativity and strong visual eyeFlexibility to work across distinct brand identitiesStrong communication skillsPositive attitude and energyStrong attention to detail and good time managementTeam player and collaborative mindsetPreferredBasic understanding of motion design using After Effects or similarFamiliarity with action sports, cycling, moto, snow or outdoor cultureWhat We OfferA dynamic, supportive and multicultural work environmentThe opportunity to work with some of the world's leading action sports brandsHands-on experience in an international company with operations across EuropeCareer development opportunities within a fast-growing integral organizationEmployee discounts on Revelyst brands and productsSounds like you?
