In this hands-on Marketing Automation Engineer role, you translate marketing strategies into technical reality by building and maintaining customer journeys and campaigns across leading MA and CDP platforms. You’ll collaborate with strategists and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations, data flows, and templated communications. You’ll troubleshoot, optimize, and scale marketing automation to drive measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a digital transformation leader, offering meaningful impact on campaigns and customer experiences.

• Build, configure, and maintain customer journeys, automations, and campaigns within marketing automation and CDP platforms
• Work across platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, SFMC, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Bloomreach, and similar
• Configure audiences, segments, triggers, decision logic, and campaign flows
• Support integrations and data mapping with client technical teams
• Upload, configure, test and deploy HTML email templates across platforms
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, data flows, and platform configurations
• Collaborate with Marketing Automation Strategists to bring journeys to life technically




• Coordinate with HTML developers and technical specialists for custom development
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in a similar technical role (agency experience a plus)
• Hands-on experience with one or more MA or CDP platforms (AJO, Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Bloomreach)
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, audiences, triggers and automation logic
• Experience with APIs, webhooks and data integrations
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot JSON payloads and API responses
• Basic SQL skills to validate or troubleshoot customer data
• HTML email template deployment within MA platforms
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
• Good English communication skills
