Inside sales support (H/M/X)Coslada, MadridWe are looking for a professional who provides internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division. Consults Product & Sales Management on their needs and offers creative ideas to support business growth. Maintains information for lead tracking & marketing databases.Responsibilities- Support Area Sales Managers, distributors, and customers with enquiries, quotations, orders, and communications.- Coordinate sales events, training, factory visits, meetings, and trade shows.- Support marketing, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.- Deliver customer and sales team support both remotely and onsite.- Manage databases, commercial communications, and sales materials.- Analyze sales performance and provide reporting to commercial leadership.- Deliver training on sales tools and processes.- Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activitiesBasic Qualifications / Key Competencies- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)- Experience of SAP/Oracle or other ERP system- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
