problem-solving mindset.Clearinternal customer orientationand commitment tocontinuous improvement .Degree inComputer Engineeringor equivalent.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Own theend-to-end lifecycleof software packaging requests: intake, analysis, registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.Coordinate closely withIT and business teamsto understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks according to business impact.Design, build, customize, and maintain complexsoftware packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.) , ensuring compatibility, stability, and compliance with corporate standards.Use and optimizesoftware packaging tools(e.g.,Orca ) to guarantee quality, traceability, and repeatability of packages.Manage and monitorsoftware deploymentto corporate devices viaMicrosoft SCCMandIntune , ensuring seamless rollout and minimal disruption.Automate service processesand packaging workflows usingPowerShell, Ansible, and PSADTto increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.Documentprocesses, incidents, and solutions , and proactively proposecontinuous improvementsin the packaging and deployment workflow.MonitorSLAs and KPIs , providing periodic reporting on the status of requests, incidents, and overall service performance.Providethird-level (Level 3) supportfor incidents related to software packaging and distribution,
