Experteer Overview As Marketing Manager Iberia, you will shape TAG Heuer's brand plan for Spain, aligning local initiatives with the global strategy. You lead budget planning, trade marketing, and retail activation to grow market share and strengthen brand equity. - Lead the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan in Spain in line with global strategy
- Manage budget allocations, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimize investments
- Oversee Trade Marketing initiatives and the corners plan, including CapEx and supplier management
- Drive marketing strategy for Factory Outlets (Madrid refurbishment and Barcelona opening branding) and related incentive programs
- Measure profitability and impact across campaigns and retail investments with data-driven reporting
