and formats such as MSI, MSIX, Intunewin.- Proven experience in software distribution platforms: Microsoft SCCM and Intune.- Valuable experience integrating packaging processes into broader IT service and deployment workflows.- Knowledge of networks, databases (e.G., SQL, MongoDB), software development, and API management.- Solid experience working with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management methodologies.- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.- Clear internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
