You will work closely with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership to ensure Scrambly delivers exceptional value to millions of users globally while achieving its business goals. Deeply understand user needs, motivations, and behaviours through research, interviews, and data.
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision Making

Own the experimentation strategy (A/B tests, feature flags, holdouts).
Balance short-term wins with long-term product investments.




Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product solutions.
Foster strong collaboration between product, design, engineering, and data.
Develop product managers into strong owners of their domains.

Strong analytical mindset and deep experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
~ Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
~ Experience working closely with product designers on UX and user research.
