Are you an experienced Estate Manager or Management Couple with experience running a rural shooting estate?An exceptional opportunity has come up to take a senior leadership role on a prestigious private partridge shooting estate in the mountains of Valencia.Two people are ideally required, although an exceptional individual with the right experience may also be considered.Set in a spectacular and remote mountain environment, this is a rare opportunity to live and work in one of Spain’s most beautiful rural landscapes, with fantastic hiking, mountain biking and countryside on your doorstep.We are looking for an experienced estate professional or couple to take responsibility for the overall management and operation of the estate. This is a senior role and is about much more than gamekeeping, with responsibility for the wider estate, including staff, budgets, planning and day-to-day operations.Key responsibilitiesOverall day-to-day management of the estatePartridge and habitat managementPlanning and delivering shoot days and client experiencesManaging estate staff, gamekeepers and seasonal teamsEstate infrastructure, vehicles, equipment and accommodationBudgets, procurement and financial managementAgricultural and conservation activitiesH&S; and environmental complianceManaging relationships with clients, suppliers,
