Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and understand existing data flows, reports and reporting structures across different in-house tools.
- Analyse existing Excel files, dashboards and PowerPoint reports and understand how the underlying data is constructed.
- Consolidate and integrate existing reports from different dashboards into a integral Power BI solution.
- Translate current PowerPoint and Excel-based reports into Power BI dashboards.
- Design and implement a new Power BI Dashboard focused on efficiency, flexibility and ease of maintenance.
- Implement automated data extraction and dashboard refresh processes to eliminate manual reporting activities.
- Support and train business experts so they can become autonomous in maintaining and using the Power BI solution.
- Define and share Power BI best practices, including dashboard structure, data presentation and usage.
- Present reporting insights and solutions in a structured and clear manner to management.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are correctly understood and delivered.

Experience Required





- 5–8 years of experience as a BI/Reporting professional or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report creation, data integration and automated refresh.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience analysing and transforming existing manual reporting solutions into automated BI dashboards.
- Ability to understand and analyse data flows and existing reporting structures.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain reporting solutions clearly to management and business stakeholders.
- Strong team-player mindset and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- English, Dutch and French: fluent professional proficiency.
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management, insurance or financial reporting is a plus.
