About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, define strategic technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities. The adecuado candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance, business transformation, and modern technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain business, application, data, and technology architectures aligned with organizational goals.
- Define current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) architecture states and create transition roadmaps.
- Drive architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and compliance processes.
- Establish and maintain Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, patterns, and reusable building blocks.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful solution delivery.
- Assess new technologies, industry trends, and market developments to guide technology adoption decisions.
- Define capability-based investment roadmaps to optimize cost, risk, scalability, and agility.
- Ensure compliance with security, interoperability, and data governance standards.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and lead stakeholder discussions across business and IT teams.




- Monitor architecture metrics including compliance, technical debt, and solution reuse.

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience with governance frameworks such as COBIT and/or ITIL.
- Expertise in ArchiMate 3.x and BPMN 2.0 modelling standards.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as:
- LeanIX
- Sparx Enterprise Architect
- BiZZdesign
- MEGA HOPEX
- Orbus iServer
- ARIS
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business vision into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.

Certifications

Mandatory (One of the following):

- TOGAF Foundation / TOGAF Certified
- ArchiMate Certification

Preferred:

- COBIT Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation
