As our next Digital Sales District Manager, youll be the one to introduce prospective clients to ADPs leading solutions and expert guidance. Well support you along the way, helping you build your skills and enhance your talents. Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.

Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.

Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.

Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.

Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office

Fluent in German and English

Business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management

Ability to work independently and work with other ADP Sales Associates

Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
