We're looking for the person to build them from the ground up — opening new shop accounts and growing a reseller base from near zero.This is ahunter role . Italy and Portugal are greenfield markets. Spain has a small existing base to reactivate. All three require someone who can build relationships with independent shop owners, move fast, and stay self-directed across multiple countries at once.Full-time, on-site role based in our Barcelona office.What You'll Be DoingIndependent reseller penetration — the core of the roleQualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (ES + IT + PT)Identify and prospect independent car and moto shops — with support from marketingOpen new accounts: pitch the product, secure first orders, establish reorder cadenceMaintain active reseller relationships: regular reorder calls, upsell, sell-out supportEnsure every active reseller is sorted — properly stocked, has materials, knows how to sell BeepingsField agents — day-to-day supportDaily push: ensure agents are visiting shops, generating leads,
