- Work with Deals Desk to structure customer transaction for policy compliance and revenue recognition
- Support Finance, Products, Engineering, Sales and other business groups as needed with any legal requests that may arise

Netskope is seeking a commercial attorney located in Europe with 5 or more years experience supporting customer and channel sales transactions for technology companies, preferably SaaS/Cloud service and/or security providers. Candidates should be able to demonstrate substantial experience in reviewing negotiating and drafting a broad range of contracts and documents for sales, channel, vendor, licensing and other commercial business contexts,



as well as a comprehensive awareness of potential issues and solutions in a fast paced environmentCandidates should be enthusiastic about technology and comfortable in a sales driven environment supporting transactions focused in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, but may also involve support of other regions.
